On the 19th of March 2016 8 English language teachers from vocational schools specialized in gastronomy attended a workshop on developing ESP resources.
The main outputs of the workshop are:
teachers are informed how to use a diversity of resources elaborated for the course “English for Gastronomy” including flashcards (teacher’s set and trainee’s set), videos, audio resources, online surveys, observation forms, free online learning tools.
teachers improved their teaching portfolio with ELT resources elaborated on the basis on the students’ EOP needs;
teachers are informed how to apply to a summer school training design to contribute to their professional development.
The workshop took place at the Center of Excellence in Gastronomy and was organised in the framework of FELT School project due to the kind financial support of the Foundation “Liechtenstein Development Service”.
